I was born on November 12, 1979, in India and was abandoned as an infant immediately after my birth.
In a heartfelt way, luck turned for the better: after a brief stay in an orphanage, I was adopted at three months old by a German family and had the opportunity to grow up in the beautiful Heidelberg with my older brother, attend school, and later also study there.
My work as a TV editor then allowed me to work and live in Munich. It was here that I also met my future husband.
Today, I live with my small family, which has expanded to include a 12-year-old daughter, a Kangal mixed-breed dog, and a small house rat, in the outskirts of Munich – surrounded by a fairy-tale forest, sprawling fields, and a beautiful lake.
Professionally, I am able to live my dream, which is divided into two areas:
Ayurveda
By combining breath with the movement of my body, I feel each time what it truly means to be in harmony with myself and to forget the noisy outside world. Yoga also helps me to consciously perceive my body and to thank it for carrying me through my everyday life. I also realized (and continue to realize) that the boundaries we set in our minds often prevent us from daring more. Looking back, when I was learning to do handstands and headstands, it wasn't muscle strength I lacked, but the mental boundary and fear of actually turning my body – quite literally – upside down.
And above all, yoga teaches me one thing:
Patience (with oneself), not being too critical of oneself, and above all, not giving up on what ignites the heart.
Yoga changes me every day anew, because there is always something exciting for me to discover.
In some people, the term Yoga is associated with the prejudice of doing little movement, performing boring breathing exercises, and philosophizing about life while wearing colorful striped socks, a bowl filled with muesli, warming Yogi tea, and fragrant incense sticks.
Except for the few movements and boring breathing exercises, everything else may indeed be accurate. But that is what makes yoga so wonderful. It invites people to come together. Yoga means not judging, not criticizing, and observing oneself.
This realization is not only one of yoga’s greatest gifts to us – it is lived peace and freedom.
And thus, a journey to yourself.

I will support you with expertise and empathy on your journey to greater ease and inner strength.
In the silence of the ocean, in the rhythm of the waves, yoga reveals its full magic. Every movement flows with nature, and every breath connects body, mind, and soul.
Be inspired by the softness and strength of the asanas – for more balance, inner peace, and vitality.
