Corporate Yoga
Why yoga for companies?
More and more companies are turning to corporate yoga to promote their employees' health and create a pleasant working atmosphere. Yoga in the workplace can reduce stress, improve concentration and enhance overall well-being. Studies show that regular yoga sessions in the office can increase productivity and reduce sick days. Especially in a working day shaped by screen work, appointments and time pressure, a short, conscious break creates noticeably more balance.
Business yoga can release tension caused by prolonged sitting and lastingly improve posture. Many companies offer special yoga classes during the lunch break or after work to give employees a simple way to manage stress and regain energy.
I tailor the sessions individually to your team's needs – whether as a regular weekly or fortnightly slot, a one-off workshop or as part of a health day. A session usually lasts 45 to 60 minutes and can be integrated flexibly into the working day. Neither previous experience nor special clothing is required: the exercises can easily be done in the office, in a quiet meeting room or outdoors, and are suitable for teams of any size and fitness level.
If you would like to integrate corporate yoga into your workplace health management, both your employees and your company will benefit from a healthier, more motivated team. You can find out more about my background and way of working on the page About Me.
How effective yoga can be as part of workplace health promotion is also shown by the Professional Association of Yoga Teachers in Germany. I'm happy to discuss with you, without obligation, what business yoga could look like in practice in your company – whether as a one-off taster session or as a regular slot in your team's calendar.
